摘要
观察了12名省队赛艇运动员在30天高住高练低训(HiHiLo)期间网织红细胞参数的动态变化。结果显示:Ret%与Ret#在低氧训练初期就出现显著升高。CHr从低氧训练开始至低氧训练结束第12天始终维持在高水平,MCVr的变化趋势与CHr类似。IRF-M+H的变化以下降为主。结论:CHr可以直接快速地反映骨髓红系细胞合成血红蛋白的水平,在机体造血原料充足的前提下,它可作为低氧刺激骨髓红系增生效应的敏感指标。Ret%和Ret#可作为低氧增强骨髓红系造血功能的参考指标。
Abstract: This study investigated the effect of HiHiLo on reticulocyte parameters. The results demonstrated that CHr increased significantly during all the days of the test and Retic increased significantly at lst--3rd days of the test period. This finding suggested that CHr and Retic are sensitive indices about erythropoietic function of marrow and activity of erythrocyte.
