摘要
目的:探讨生化指标与训练结构设计相结合的竞技状态靶向调控的机制。方法:以天津橄榄球男队为研究对象,在冬训期、集训期、高原训练期和赛前减量期4个训练周期,系统地测试了血红蛋白(Hb)、血尿素(BUN)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)等生化指标,以及专项跑动时间和血乳酸变化、实时监控训练强度和训练量,及时调整训练内容、方法、手段。对所得数据进行单因素方差分析。结果:每一个阶段性训练过程中,Hb、T呈现先下降再升高的趋势,CK、BUN、C呈现先升高再下降的趋势。4个阶段中,Hb、T逐步呈现阶梯形增加,达到或接近全年最高值,CK、BUN、C达到或接近全年最低值。结论:通过生化指标设计的精确化训练方案对竞技状态的调控,使天津橄榄球男队在全运会赛前达到了比较好的竞技状态,取得了优异成绩;在机能监控的众多指标中,结合运动成绩综合判断,T/C比值与最佳竞技状态的形成较为吻合。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of targeted regulation of competitive state by combining biochemical indexes with training structure design.Methods:Taking Tianjin rugby men’s team as the research object,the biochemical indexes such as hemoglobin(HB),blood urea(BUN),serum creatine kinase(CK),blood testosterone(T)and cortisol(C)were systematically tested in four training cycles:winter training period,intensive training period,plateau training period and pre competition reduction period.The changes of special running time and blood lactic acid were monitored in real time,adjust the training contents,methods and means in time.The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Results:HB and T decreased first and then increased,WHILE CK,BUN and C increased first and then decreased in each stage of training.In the four stages,HB and T gradually increased in steps,reaching or close to the highest value of the whole year,and CK,bun and C reached or close to the lowest value of the whole year.Conclusion:Through the precise training scheme designed by biochemical indexes to regulate the competitive state,Tianjin rugby men’s team achieved a better competitive state and achieved excellent results before the National Games;Among the many indicators of function monitoring,combined with the comprehensive judgment of sports performance,the T/C ratio is more consistent with the formation of the best competitive state.
