摘要
马拉松训练的一大特点就是大运动量、大负荷强度。马拉松运动要进行卓有成效的科学大负荷训练,必须确保运动员大负荷运动量后的加速恢复。文章查阅大量文献资料,阐明了马拉松运动中疲劳产生的机制及疲劳的判断,提出了预防和消除疲劳的一些途径和方法。
A typical feature of Marathon training is excessive high load. To conduct an effective and scientific high load training, the quick recovery from the high load training for the athletes should be a must. By referring to a great deal of related literature, this paper clarifies the mechanism and judgment of the fatigue from the Marathon training, and furthermore proposes some approaches to fatigue prevention and its recovery.
