摘要
简述运动性疲劳的恢复方法 :睡眠、适度运动、沐浴、按摩、营养与药物 ,阐述了这些方法的生理学意义。
This paper briefly discusses methods of recovering fatigue after sports,which include sleep,moderate amount of physical exercises,shower,massage,nutrition and medicine. Physiological significances of these methods are expounded as well.
