摘要
为研究紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)对石油污染物的耐受力,于2012年4月采集土壤进行盆栽实验,设置原油污染水平为0,5000,10000,20000,40000 mg/kg五种不同的浓度,每一浓度三组重复,调查目标植物的出芽率、株高、枯萎率和植物干重,研究不同浓度原油污染物对土壤理化性质的影响,并进行植物生长相关性影响分析。结果表明:土壤原油浓度5000 mg/kg时,植物种子的出芽率略高于无污染对照,土壤原油浓度在10000-40000 mg/kg时,延缓发芽时间并抑制种子的出芽率;紫花苜蓿的株高、植物干重均随原油浓度的增大而减小,土壤原油浓度40000 mg/kg时,植物生长后期出现叶片的枯萎。
The tolerance of Medicago sativa to petroleum pollution was investigated through pot culture. Oil concen- tration was set at 0,5000,10000,20000,40000 mg/kg respectively with three replicates. The levels of seed germi- nation rate, individual height, survival rate and dry weight of Medicago sativa were measured. The results showed that seed germination rate was promoted when oil concentration was lower than 5000 mg/kg, but was inhibited when concentrations were higher than 5000 mg/kg. The leaves of plant become dry and withered until oil concentration were up to 40000 mg/kg
