紫花苜蓿对石油污染土壤的修复响应 被引量:5

摘要 该文通过盆栽试验方法,研究自然条件下紫花苜蓿对不同浓度油污土壤的总石油烃及原油族组分的修复效果。试验表明,紫花苜蓿对石油污染土壤具有一定修复效果。轻度污染时,紫花苜蓿组各生长周期内总石油烃的降解效果并不明显,而中度和重度污染时,生长中期和末期的降解效果比较显著。就不同石油族组分来说,紫花苜蓿在各生长周期内对土壤中芳烃的降解效果并不显著,而在生长中期,对饱和烃和非烃的降解效果较好,生长末期,对沥青质降解效果较好。整体来看,紫花苜蓿可作为石油污染土壤的优势修复植物。 This paper studied the remediation effect of alfalfa on the total petroleum hydrocarbons and crude oil components in soils with different oil concentrations under natural conditions.The result showed that alfalfa has a certain repair effect on petroleum-contaminated soil.When lightly polluted,the degradation effect of total petroleum hydrocarbons of alfalfa was not significant during each growth cycle,while for the medium and heavy polluted soil,the degradation effect was significant in the middle and late growth cycles.For different oil group components,alfalfa has no significant effect on the degradation of aromatics in the soil during each growth cycle,while in the middle growth stage,the remediation effect of saturated hydrocarbons and non-hydrocarbons was better.At the end of growth,remediation effect of asphaltenes was better.On the whole,alfalfa can be used as an advantage repair plant for oil contaminated soil.
