摘要
针对长庆油田陕北特低渗透区块某联合站的含油污水,在两级过滤(黑核桃壳过滤器+纤维球过滤器)处理油田回注水工艺的基础上,增加气浮装置,考察在关闭和开启气浮装置时的除污效果。研究结果表明,增加气浮装置后对含油污水中石油类物质、硫化物、悬浮物、铁的去除率分别为99.9%、29.7%、99.5%、99.0%;在过滤之前加装气浮装置,出水石油类物质、硫化物及悬浮物的浓度分别降低了97.4%、17.8%、88.5%,可保证回注水的水质稳定达标。
An air flotation device was added to a two-stage filtration process, consisting of a black walnut shell filter and a fiber ball filter, for treating oily wastewater from a combined station in Changqing Oilfield, located in a low permeability area in Northern Shaanxi. The pollutant removal efficiency of the process during the closing and opening of the air flotation device was investigated. After addition of the air flotation device, the removal rates of oils, sulfide, suspended solids and iron were 99.9%, 29.7%, 99.5% and 99.0%, respectively. When the air flotation device was added before filtration, the concentrations of oils, sulfide and suspended solids in the effluent were reduced by 97.4%, 17.8% and 88.5%, respectively, ensuring that the reinjection water quality met standards.
