摘要
以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和阳离子表面活性单体(DP)为原料,合成了一种新型表面活性聚合物絮凝剂DPS-3,并通过大量室内实验优化了DPS-3的合成条件,评价了其在含油污水絮凝处理中的应用效果。结果表明:新型表面活性聚合物DPS-3的最佳合成条件为,各单体配比n(AM)∶n(DMC)∶n(DP)=75∶20∶5,单体总质量分数为30%,引发剂用量为0.5%(质量分数),反应温度为60℃,反应时间为8 h。新型表面活性聚合物DPS-3对炼油厂含油污水具有良好的絮凝除油效果,当其加量为150 mg·L^(-1)时,可使含油量由1 250 mg·L^(-1)降低至20 mg·L^(-1),除油率达到了98.3%,絮凝除油效果明显优于其他几种常用的絮凝剂。
Using acrylamide(AM), methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC) and cationic surfactant monomer(DP) as raw materials, a new surfactant polymer flocculant DPS-3 was synthesized. Through a large number of indoor experiments, the synthesis conditions of DPS-3 were optimized, and its application effect in flocculation treatment of oily wastewater was evaluated. The results showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of the new surfactant polymer DPS-3 were as follows: n(AM)∶n(DMC)∶n(DP)=75∶20∶5, the total monomer mass fraction was 30%, the mass fraction of initiator was 0.5%, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃ and the reaction time was 8h. The new surface active polymer DPS-3 had good flocculation and oil removal effect on oily wastewater from refinery. When its dosage was 150 mg·L^(-1), the oil mass concentration reduced from 1 250 mg·L^(-1)to 20 mg·L^(-1), and the oil removal rate reached 98.3%. Its flocculation and oil removal effect wsa obviously better than other common flocculants.
