含聚采出水纯物理除油技术研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 文章重点介绍了含聚采出水纯物理处理技术——高梯度聚结气浮技术的提出及研究方向,并有针对性地进行了高梯度(旋流)聚结、高梯度聚结气浮的研究,开发了"材料聚结+旋流聚结+溶气气浮"的纯物理工艺技术,研制的高梯度聚结气浮一体化除油设备、高效微气泡溶气装置和管式溶气释放器成功应用于1万m3/d的采出水处理工程中,在不投加任何处理药剂、来水含聚合物60 mg/L、含油高度乳化、粒径0~6μm的油珠占98%、含油≤500 mg/L的条件下,出水含油保持在50 mg/L以下,达到回注水混凝沉降进水含油指标,且不产生老化油,污泥量少。 This article focuses on the proposition and research direction about the purely physical treatment technology which is high-velocity-gradient coalescence and flotation for polymer-flooding produced water.And it is targeted for the research about the high gradient(cyclone) coalescence and high-velocity-gradient coalescence and flotation,and the development of the purely physical process technology of 'material coalescence + cyclone coalescence + dissolved nitrogen flotation'.As the main research results,the integral high-velocity-gradient coalescence and flotation oil removal equipment as well as the efficient micro-bubble dissolved device and tube dissolved gas release device have been successfully applied to a project of 10 000 m3/d productivity.In the conditions of without adding any process agent and water inflow having polymer of 60 mg/L,highly emulsified oil,98% of 0 ~ 6μm oil droplet size and oil content not more than 500 mg/L,the outlet oil content remain less than 50mg /L which meet coagulation device inlet water quality.The device produces no aging oil and less sludge.
