摘要 目的观察脑梗死患者血清中成纤维细胞因子(FGF)和血小板源生长因子(PDGF)的变化,探讨其与动脉粥样硬化及脑梗死的关系。方法将50例动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者设为观察组,50例非动脉粥样硬化型相关疾病患者设为对照组,分别对比二者发病第1天和第7天血清中FGF与PDGF的含量。结果观察组患者血清中FGF及PDGF的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。FGF及PDGF在观察组第7天较第1天明显增高(P<0.05),而在对照组第7天较第1天无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 FGF、PDGF与动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死关系密切,对动脉粥样硬化的形成及脑梗死的进一步发展起促进作用。 Objective To investigate the changes of fibroblast growth factor (FGF) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in the serum of patients with cerebral infarction and to discuss the relationship among FGF, PDGF and atherosclerosis. Methods One hundred patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group had 50 cases of patients with atherosclerosis-type cerebral infarction while the observation group had 50 cases of patients with non-atherosclerosis-type cerebral infarction. The content of FGF and PDGF in these two groups was compared on the first and seventh days. Results The content of FGF and PDGF in patients with atherosclerosis- type cerebral infarction was significantly higher than those in patients with non-atherosclerosis-type cerebral infarc- tion. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). FGF and PDGF of the observation group on the seventh days was significantly higher then the first clay and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), while FGF and PDGF of the control group on the seventh days than the first day had no significant changes and the difference was not statistically significant(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion FGF and PDGF are closely related to atherosclerosis-type cere- bral infarction and play a positive role in the formation of atherosclerosis.
