摘要
个性化教育是国际上教育发展的一个趋势。班级授课制下的个性化教育又称个别化教学。个别化教学与分层教学的出发点相同,都关注学生的差异。但是,个别化教学认为有的能分层,有的分不了层。独立学习和小组合作学习是个别化教学的主要教学组织方式。后"茶馆式"教学颠覆了课堂教学设计的逻辑结构,从以学科体系为线索,变成了以学生的学习为线索,也强调学生的独立学习和合作学习。教学与实践证明,后"茶馆式"教学能增强学生完成学业的效能,既可减轻学生过重的学业负担,又能提高教学质量。
Personalized education is the contemporary trend in the development of education around the world. Individualized education, the personalized education in a classroom teaching system, and stratified teaching, the teaching based on the learners" demands and differences, share the same basic intention of taking students" differences into consideration. However, individualized education holds that some learners can be stratified while others cannot. Independence learning and co-operative learning are the main organizing methods in individualized education. The Pest "Teahouse Mode" Teaching Methodology overturns the logical structure of the subject in the traditional classroom teaching design. It focuses on the logic order of students"/earning and emphasizes the independence and co-operative learning of the learners. It is proved that the Post "Teahouse Mode" Teaching Methodology has reduced much of the students" academic burden, improved students" learning effectiveness and improved the teaching quality as well.
