摘要
对BDNF和CREB在武术训练提高学习记忆能力过程中的作用及机制进行阐述,进而探究此过程中两者的相关性。研究表明:脑内BDNFm RNA的表达受控于CREB(c AMP反应元件结合蛋白),BDNF基因含有CRE序列,是CREB的靶基因。CREB可以与CRE序列结合,引起BDNF基因的转录增加。BDNF和CREB在学习记忆中分别起重要的调控作用和开关作用。特定的武术训练(如太极拳和八段锦)后,CREB和BDNF基因中的CRE序列结合增加,增强了BDNF基因的转录,从而对学习记忆起到促进作用。文章采用文献综述法,从训练过程中BDNF和CREB在学习记忆中的作用及两者的关系,探讨BDNF和CREB在武术训练中对学习记忆的影响机制。试图在分子水平上,为运动促进学习记忆能力的提高提依据。
BDNF and CREB's effects on martial arts training improving learning and memory and the related mechanism were described and then the correlation between the two in this process was explore.The study showed:BDNF mRNA'expression is controlled by CREB(cAMP response element binding protein).BDNF gene contains a CRE sequnence,which is target gene of CREB;CREB can combine with CRE sequence and maked expression of BDNF gene increase.BDNF and CREB played an important regulatory and switch role in learning and memory respectively.Increasementof CREB'combination with BDNF gene after certain exercises(for example Taiji boxing and Eight pieces of brocade)strenghthenedtranscription of BDNF gene,which had a promoted effect on learning and memory.The paper explored BDNF and CREB'effect mechanism on learning and memory in exercise's perspective by literature review method and tried to provide a evidence for exercise's improvement the enhancement of learning and memory.
