摘要
结合超硬涂层材料的主要特点,论述了金刚石涂层、类金刚石涂层、立方氮化硼涂层、氮化碳涂层和纳米多层结构涂层材料的性能及其在现代工程中的应用。
Combined with the main features of superhard coating material, the properties of diamond coating, diamond-like coating, cubic boron nitride coating and manometer multiple layer structure coating and their application in modem engineering were discussed.
