TiZrCuNi钎料真空钎焊c-BN的研究

摘要 试验采用本公司生产的TiZrCuNi活性钎料,将不同体积分数的c-BN与TiZrCuNi活性钎料均匀混合后进行真空钎焊,对钎料与c-BN颗粒界面的微观结构及形成机制进行分析,并对不同体积分数制备的c-BN钎焊试样的结合强度和耐磨性能进行了测定。结果表明:TiZrCuNi钎料中的Ti元素向c-BN颗粒表面富集并与c-BN颗粒表面B和N元素发生反应,形成TiB_2和TiN。c-BN体积分数在50%左右时,钎焊试样结合强度高,耐磨性能好。 Using TiZrCuNi active brazing filler metal produced by our company,uniformly mixing c-BN and TiZrCuNi active brazing filler metal with different volume fractions,vacuum brazing was carried out. The microstructure and formation mechanism of the interface between brazing filler metal and c-BN particles were analyzed. The bonding strength and wear resistance of c-BN brazing samples prepared by different volume fractions were measured. The results showed that Tielements in TiZrCuNi brazing filler metal were enriched to the surface of c-BN and react with B and N elements on the surface of c-BN particles,TiB2 and TiN were formed. When the volume fraction of c-BN was about 50%,the brazing specimen had high bonding strength and good wear resistance.
