摘要
目的观察脉安宁合剂治疗冠心病室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法将71例冠心病室性期前收缩患者随机分为2组,对照组35例予常规西药治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加脉安宁合剂治疗。2组疗程均28 d,观察2组中医症状疗效和动态心电图室性期前收缩疗效。结果 2组中医症状、室性期前收缩总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组中医症状疗效、动态心电图室性期前收缩疗效均优于对照组。结论脉安宁合剂治疗冠心病室性期前收缩疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Maianning misture for premature ventricular contrac- tion in coronary artery disease. Methods 71 patients with premature ventricular contraction in coronary artery disease were divided tow groups randomly, control group had been treated by routine western medicine, treatment group have been treated with Maianning misture on the basis of routine western medicine for 28 days. Results There was signifi- cant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effect for traditional Chinese medicine symptom and ventricular premature contraction （VPC） in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Maianning misture has a definite effect on the treatment of premature ventricular contraction in coronary artery disease.
