摘要
为观察自拟复律汤 (主药 :苦参、黄连、瓜蒌、葛根、麦门冬 )治疗早搏的疗效 ,4 0例患者治疗 1周后总结临床疗效 ,并与普鲁帕酮治疗的 30例作比较。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 99 1% ,对照组总有效率为 87 7%。提示复律汤治疗早搏疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
To observe the clinical effects of “Fulü Decoction” in the treatment of premature beat, 40 cases were treated by the Decoction (treatment group) and 30 cases were treated by Propafenone (control group), with a course of 1 week. Results: The total effective rate was 99.1% in treatment group and 87.7% in control group, with better effects in treatment group than in control group.
