摘要
[目的]观察炙甘草汤联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例住院及门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组45例稳心颗粒,9g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组53例炙甘草汤(甘草炙、人参、当归、大枣、熟地黄各15g,生姜10g,阿胶12g,火麻仁10g,麻子仁30g),1剂/d,水煎500m L,早晚口服;稳心颗粒治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、早搏疗效、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈27例,有效21例,无效5例,总有效率90.57%。对照组痊愈18例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。早搏疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]炙甘草汤联合稳心颗粒治疗冠心病心律失常效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] Licorice decoction combined Wenxinkell treatment of coronary heart arrythmias . The control group healed in 18 cases, effective in 15 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency 73.33% . Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Premature treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Licorice decoction combined Wenxinkeli treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
