摘要
社区卫生服务中心五大能力透析在绩效评估中有重要的作用和意义,本文通过分析绩效评估与绩效考核的区别、五大能力透析的构成与权重、五大能力透析在社区卫生服务评估中的价值、雷达图对五大能力的描述等,提出社区卫生服务中心五大能力在绩效评估中的作用。成功实践按能力分类进行横断面剖析的评估模式,可以更全面、更精准地为评估对象提供整改意见和努力方向。雷达图的应用可以使视觉从对数字的疲劳引向对图像的直观,取得有益的收获。五大能力透析为绩效评估提供了一种重要的评价手段,对促进医院形成良性发展和完善督导机制具有深远意义。
This paper is to explore the effect and significance of the five abilities in the comprehensive assessment of community health service center performance. Through the analysis of the difference between performance evaluation and perform- ance, five abilities and weight coefficient, the value of the five abilities in the assessment of community health service and the ra- dar chart description on the five abilities, this paper analyze the role of the five abilities in the evaluation of community health service center performance. Cross - section analysis of successful practices classified by ability can provide advice and rectification more comprehensively and more accurately. The application of radar can highlight the visualization of images, which is a beneficial result. The analysis of the five abilities provides an important approach for the performance evaluation and is conducive for the sound development of improved supervision system of hospitals.
