摘要
笔者报道人本原理在护士长管理中的应用。重点介绍人本原理的管理原则:动力原则、能级原则、行为原则应用于护士长的管理中,尊重、关心、帮助和激励护士,人人参与管理。通过人本原理管理原则的应用,提高了护理质量,无投诉,无差错、事故发生,病人满意度一直在95%以上,护士参与管理意识增强,团队精神加强,护士按期晋升。认为人本原理应用于护士长管理行之有效,值得推广。
The author reported the application of Humanism theory is the management of head nurse, mainly introducing management principles of Humanism theory, including: application of power principle, energy principle and behavior principle in the management of head nurse, respecting, caring, helping and encouraging nursing, management involving everyone. Through the application of Humanism theory, the nursing quality was improved; no complain, mistake and accident were found; the satisfaction rate of patient always reached over 95%; the nurses' consciousness of participating management was strengthened; team spirit was lifted and nurses were promoted timely. The author argues the application of Humanism theory in the management of head nurse is effective and worth spreading.
