摘要
随着医学模式的转变和社会对护理服务需求的不断提高,为了确保护理质量和提高病人护理满意度,塑造一批素质高、技术精、管理能力强的护士长队伍,是促进护理人员提高综合素质,提供优质护理服务的关键。而护士长自身素质与能力的培养至关重要。
With the changes of medical model and the increasing demands to nursing service,training a group of head nurses with high quality,skilled professional abilities and management competence was the key point to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff,provide high-quality nursing service,guarantee the quality of nursing and improve the patients’ satisfaction.So it is very important to pay close attention to the training of head nurses’ quality and competence.
