摘要
目的了解京郊家庭医生签约服务开展过程中签约双方存在的契约伦理问题,并给予相应的对策建议。方法在北京市10个远郊区分层抽取H、M、D、G四个区作为实证研究现场,在每个区内分层抽取3个乡镇的社区卫生服务中心,共选取12家中心,对其签约医生和签约居民进行问卷调查。结果共发放签约医生问卷216份,回收有效问卷202份,有效回收率为93.5%;共发放签约居民问卷216份,回收有效问卷197份,有效回收率为91.2%。结果显示签约双方对家庭医生签约服务制度的了解程度、权利义务关系及履约程度的回答均有差异。结论加大家庭医生签约服务制度的宣传力度;提高签约双方的契约意识;完善家庭医生签约服务相关配套政策。
Objective：To understand contract ethical issues existing in the contract parties during the process of carrying out contract service among the family doctors in Beijing suburban,and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Methods：The four districts of H,M,D and G were extracted from 10 remote suburban of Beijing as an empirical research site,and three township community health service centers were stratified sampling in each district. A total of 12 centers were selected and questionnaire surveys were conducted among contracted doctors and contracted residents. Results：A total of 216 contracted doctor questionnaires were issued,202 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 93. 5%. The results showed that there were differences in the understanding degree of contract partieson the contract service system for the family doctor,the rights and obligations and the degree of fulfillment. Conclusion：It should strengthen the propaganda of family doctor＇s contract service system; improve contractual awareness of contracting parties; and improve relevant supporting policies for family doctors＇ contract services.
