摘要
随着高校扩招和学分制的实施,本科生导师制应运而生。但在实践中,导师和辅导员由于工作的职责不同,工作中协作配合不够,不能有效发挥合力育人的优势。笔者对导师和辅导员的工作职责做了界定,分析了导师和辅导员合力育人的可行性,并就建立导师和辅导员合力育人的有效机制提出了建议。
Tutorial system emerges with the expansion of enrollment in Colleges and universities and the implementation of credit system.However,in its practice,teacher and counselor can not effectively play the advantages of cooperative cultivation because of different responsibilities and lack of collaboration.This paper defines the responsibilities of teacher and counselor,analyzes the feasibility of cooperative education for mentors and counselors and offers some suggestions to establish effective mechanism of cooperative cultivation.
