摘要
随着本科生导师制的进一步落实,其与辅导员的相辅相生关系得到了更深层次的体现。在"以学生为本"的教育理念下,两者因为学分制和学生思政工作而共存,既相互区别又相互补充。然而,如果不能有效界定两者的职责取向,理顺相关制度,建立有效的分工合作机制,就可能出现两者工作中的"两不管"区域,不利于学生的健康成长。因而,建立辅导员与导师的契合关系,是提高人才培养质量的重要保障。
With the deepening of implementation of the undergraduates' tutorial system, its complementary relationship with instructors has been further embodied. Under the "students oriented" educational concept, the two co-exist due to the academic credit system as well as ideological and political work, differing and complementing. The "management blind zone" however may be exposed if we fail to define the responsibility orientation between the two effectively as well as regu- late relative system and establish the effective divided and cooperative mechanism, hence the jeopardy to the healthy growth of the students. Therefore, the establishment of the harmonious relations between the instructors and tutors is the indispen- sible guarantee for the enhancement of talents nurturing.
