摘要
以过硫酸铵(APS)/无水亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发体系,采用无皂乳液聚合法合成了阳离子淀粉与苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯的接枝共聚物,探讨了引发剂用量、淀粉与单体配比、单体配比、反应温度对反应影响。结果表明,较优的反应条件为:引发剂用量为体系总质量的6.0%,m(淀粉)∶m(单体)=1∶4,单体的质量比为1∶1,反应温度为50℃。红外光谱分析表明,苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯均参与了接枝共聚反应。
Graft copolymerization of cationic starch with styrene(St) and butyl acrylate (BA)was carried out via soap-free emulsion polymerization with ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as initiator. The effect of the dosage of initiator, starch and monomer ratio, reaction temperature on reaction. The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:the dosage of initiator was 6.0% of the reaction system, m (starch) : m (monomers) = 1 : 4, m (St) : m (BA) = 1 : 1, and reaction temperature was 50 ℃. Infrared spectroscopy showed that styrene (St) and butyl acrylate (BA) had participated in the grafting reaction.
