摘要
以高取代度的阳离子淀粉为原料,硝酸铈铵为引发剂,制备了高取代度阳离子淀粉—丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物,研究了丙烯酰胺与阳离子淀粉质量比、反应温度、反应时间、引发剂浓度对接枝率和接枝效率的影响。结果表明:接枝率和接枝效率最高的条件为丙烯酰胺与阳离子淀粉质量比2.5∶1,反应温度55℃,反应时间3h,引发剂浓度2.5mmol/L。将合成的聚合物用于废水处理,高取代度阳离子淀粉—丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物的用量为4mg/L对麦草浆中段废水的处理效果最好,废水CODcr去除率为34.1%,浊度的去除率为13.5%。
The graft copolymer was synthesized with high DS cationic starch and acrylamide initiated by ( NH4 ) 2 Ce ( NO3 ) 6- Factors on efficiency of graft were discussed. The optimum synthesis conditions for cationic starch ( DS = 0.35 ) are the mass ratio of acrylamidel to cationic starch 2.5: 1, the dosage of initiator 2.5 retool/L, reaction tem- perature 55℃, reaction time 3h. The graft copolymer was used as flocculants. In the treatment of wheat straw pulp washing, screening and bleaching waste water at a dosage of 4rag/L, the CODcr removal was 34.1% , turbidity removal was 13.5%.
