摘要
以6S35MC-C9.2曲轴为计算分析对象,比较分析了部分经验公式计算单位曲柄扭转刚度的误差;论述了有限元法计算单位曲柄扭转刚度的流程以及载荷与边界条件的施加方案,并对不同方案计算结果加以分析比较;论述了考虑轴承约束的曲轴扭转刚度计算、完整曲轴扭转刚度计算以及完整曲轴模态分析等。在此基础上,提供了有限元法计算单位曲柄扭转刚度的相关结论。
The crankshaft of 6S35MC-C9.2 was set as the research object for calculating and analysis. The error of using varied empirical formulas to calculate the torsional stiffness of a crankshaft throw was compared and analyzed. A basic procedure of calculating the torsional stiffness using Finite Element A- nalysis (FEM) was performed. It proposed the different packages to impose load and set boundary condi- tions, and the comparison between results from different packages was given. A detailed description for some aspects of FEM was given, including the influent of bearing stiffness, the calculation of the com- plete crankshaft stiffness and modal analysis for the complete crankshaft. Based on the research results, conclusions about calculation of the torsional stiffness of a crankshaft throw using FEM was given.
