摘要
利用三维软件Pro/E完成船用发动机曲轴的数模搭建,结合HyperMesh进行有限元前处理,并赋予材料属性完成曲轴自由模态分析,模态分析结果表征曲轴固有频率可以避免出现共振情况发生。结合动力学数据完成发动机各转速的扭振分析、曲轴垂直方向最大受力分析,结果显示其强度满足使用要求,分析结果可为后续开展动力学分析及润滑特性研究提供理论基础。
The three-dimensional software Pro/E was used to complete the digital modeling of marine engine crankshafts.Combined with HyperMesh,the finite element pre-processing is performed,and the material properties are given to complete the crankshaft free modal analysis.The modal analysis results show that the natural frequency of the crankshaft avoids resonance.Combined with the dynamic data,the torsional vibration analysis of each engine speed and the maximum force analysis of the crankshaft in the vertical direction are completed.The results show that its strength meets the requirements of use.The analysis results can provide a theoretical basis for subsequent dynamic analysis and lubrication characteristics research.
