摘要
曲轴的扭振严重影响发动机寿命及NVH性能,目前,工程上普遍采用单一的集总参数法对曲轴进行扭振分析,由于缺少相关的验证过程,所得的仿真结果置信度存疑,只能依赖台架试验结果来证明,费时费力,不利于CAE分析改进。本研究提出一种校核修正方法来建立具有较高置信度的发动机曲轴系统仿真模型进行扭振分析,详细讨论了集中模型中各个自由度转动惯量、刚度的确定方法,通过对比验证提高惯量、刚度的准确性;增加轴系三维和一维多级模态对比分析来修正和检验一维当量模型的准确性,提升一维当量模型的置信度。最后通过台架试验对所建立的仿真模型进行置信度验证,结果表明,采用校核修正方法的模型,仿真结果和发动机的实际工作状态具有更好的一致性。
The torsional vibration of crankshaft severely affects the lifetime and NVH performance of engine.A single lumped parameter method was commonly used in engineering to analyze the torsional vibration of crankshaft.But the confidence of obtained simulation results was doubtful due to the lack of relevant verification procedures,so the analysis results can only be verified by test results,which is cost and time consuming and is bad for CAE analysis improvement.Therefore the verification and correction method was put forward to establish a simulation model of engine crankshaft system with a higher confidence for torsional vibration analysis.The method of determining the moment of inertia and stiffness of each degree of freedom in the lumped parameter model was discussed in detail,and their accuracy improved through comparison and verification.The confidence of the one-dimensional equivalent model improved by modifying and verifying the model accuracy based on the comparison and analysis of three-dimensional and one-dimensional multi-level modal of crankshaft.The confidence level of established model was finally verified through bench tests.The results showed that the simulation analysis and experimental test had better consistency by using the verification and correction method.
