摘要
从曲轴探伤原理、复合磁化技术、磁化检测介质、探伤检测设备等方面研究曲轴磁粉探伤的工艺技术要求,结合实际曲轴裂纹故障研究其应用。通过金相组织分析、硬度梯度检测、能谱分析等分析裂纹产生原因,确定硫化物等非金属夹杂物超标是造成曲轴裂纹的根本原因;提出改进措施并通过实际应用进行验证。结果表明改进措施切实有效,对发动机曲轴产品开发、工艺设计和质量控制有一定的指导意义。
The technological requirements of crankshaft magnaflux detection are studies from the aspects of crankshaft flaw detection principle,composite magnetization technology,magnetization detection medium and flaw detection equipment,and its application is studied combined with actual crankshaft crack fault.Through metallographic structure analysis,hardness gradient test and energy spectrum analysis,it is determined that sulfide and other non-metallic inclusions exceed the standard is the root cause of crankshaft cracks.The improvements are proposed and verified by practical application.The results show that the improvements are effective,which has a certain guiding significance for the product development,process planning and quality control of engine crankshaft.
