轮箍加装扣环机车轮对的有限元分析

摘要 装配式车轮机车轮对在运用过程中有可能会产生弛缓,轮箍加装扣环后,可有效地防止因轮箍弛缓而造成的机车脱轨等重大事故。介绍了加装扣环方案、运行工况载荷与边界条件,进行了轮对有限元分析,并进行了强度评价和对比评价。 it is possible that some part of the assemble train wheel leads to relaxation in the movement of the train. However, the train wheel equipped with ouch can effectively prevent the accident for the train digression.The paper will detailedly introduce the scheme of the train wheel, loads and boundary condition, make the FEA for the wheel pair, and carry through the appraisal on intensity and transverse contrast.
