围绕高职学生特点探析学生辅导员工作特性,提出提升辅导员工作成效的方法与途径。
Based on the characteristics of the students in higher vocational colleges, the paper analyzes the features of counselors＇ work, and puts forward some ways to improve the work effectiveness.
