摘要
个性化人才培养是现代社会对人才培养的基本要求。高职院校创新和改革后进生教育工作,需要从个性化培养的角度入手,以实证展开后进生个性化培养的研究探索,构建纵向"三位一体"、横向"四培并举"纵横立体式培养体系,以个性化的手段全面客观评价学生,彰显学生个性化发展。
The cultivation of individualized talents is the basicrequirement for the training of talents in modem society.The innovation and reform of the poor students' educationin higher vocational colleges need to start from the perspectiveof individualized training and carry out the research andexploration of the individualized training of the poor studentsby demonstration and building the vertical "trinity"and the horizontal culture of "four parallel". It is a systematicand objective way to evaluate students and personalizetheir development.
