本文通过对独立学院专升本学生职业规划的现状分析,讨论影响专升本学生职业规划教育的主要影响因素,为提高学生职业生涯规划的能力寻找途径。
This article analyzes the status quo of career planning for graduate from junior college student to university student in independent colleges, discusses the main influencing factors of career planning education, giving the approach to improving students＇ ability in career planning.
