摘要
近年来,随着真菌感染,尤其是深部真菌感染发病率的上升,真菌感染的病死率也随之增加。因此,抗真菌药物的研究和开发越来越受到重视。本文对抗真菌药物的研究进展做一综述。
Recently, the increase of the fungal infection, increase of the mortality. So, the researches of antifungal especially the invasive fungal infection, leads to the drug draw more and more attention. In this paper, the development in research of antifungal drug is reviewed.
