米卡芬净的加压毛细管电色谱法测定

摘要 建立了加压毛细管电色谱法测定抗真菌药米卡芬净。采用EP-100-20/45-3-C18-BP反相毛细管色谱柱,以乙腈∶2.5 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(p H 6.5)(35∶65)为流动相,检测波长270 nm,分离电压15 k V。米卡芬净在62.5~800μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.47%。 A pressurized capillary electrochromatogrphy(p CEC) method was established for the determination of antifungal antibiotic micafungin. An EP-100-20/45-3-C18-BP reverse phase capillary chromatographic column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile∶2.5 mmol/L phosphate buffer(p H 6.5)(35∶65), at the detection wavelength of 270 nm and separation voltage of 15 k V. It was linear in the range of 62.5- 800 ug/ml. The average recovery was 99.6%, with RSD of 1.47%.
