摘要 用HPLC法测定伏立康唑中有关物质和降解产物,与主药有很好的分离效果.色谱柱Luna C18,流动相为 30％B(→30min)70％B(A:水,B:乙腈),检测波长256nm. An RP-HPLC method for the determination of related substances and decomposition products in voriconazole was established. A Luna C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 30%B (→30min)70%B (A : water, B : acetonitnle) at the detection wavelength of 256nm.
