鉴于人力因素在高科技企业中的重要作用,管理人员必须努力为企业寻求优秀的高技术人才,这已成为高科技企业人事部门及人事经理的首要任务。这里介绍了美国高技术人才招聘的经验,并结合国内现状,对高科技企业的人才招聘进行分析与比较,旨在给国内高科技企业的人才招聘带来一些新的启示。
In view of the critical role the human factor plays in high - technology company, management should strive to get the best people for every job in the company.
