局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗的护理干预效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察护理干预对局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗的临床疗效。方法选择本院2005年4月~2009年3月收治的晚期鼻咽癌患者132例,根据患者当时是否经过护理干预分为实验组和对照组,两组均采用同期放化疗治疗,但实验组在此基础上给予护理干预,治疗后对两组患者进行随访并记录其在1、2、3年内的生存率。结果实验组1、2、3年内的生存率分别为100.0%、93.5%、88.6%,对照组1、2、3年内的生存率分别为96.2%、76.5%、69.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为40.3%,对照组不良反应发生率为55.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于局部晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗治疗的患者给予护理干预能显著提高其在1、2、3年内的生存率并且降低不良反应发生率。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention for advanced T-stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma by concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Methods 132 patients with advanced T-stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from April 2005 to March 2009 were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether the patients given nursing intervention. Both groups were given concurrent chemoradiotherapy, but the experimental group was given nursing intervention on this basis. The patients of two groups were followed up after treatment and recorded the survival rate of 1 year,2 years,3 years. Results The survival rate of 1 year,2 years,3 years in the experimental group was 100.0%,93.5%,88.6% respectively,while in the control group was 96.2%,76.5%,69.4% respectively,the difference between two groups was significant(P 〈 0.05). The adverse reactions rate in the experimental group was 40.3% ,while in the control group was 55.4% , the difference between two groups was significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the survival rate of 1 year,2 years,3 years and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions for the patients with advanced T-stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma by concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
