摘要
目的探讨同期放化疗联合西妥昔单抗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效及护理对策。方法选择11例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,采用顺铂同步三维适形强调放疗(IMRT)联合西妥昔单抗治疗,同时加强基础护理、药物护理、毒副反应护理、心理支持。结果 11例患者治疗有效率为100%(完全缓解6例,部分缓解5例);11例患者均出现Ⅰ～Ⅱ级皮疹,其中3例Ⅲ级口腔黏膜反应及3例Ⅲ级骨髓抑制。结论 顺铂同步IMRT联合西妥昔单抗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌近期疗效理想,给予细心有效的护理可提高患者治疗依从性,使其顺利完成疗程。
Objective To explore clinical effect of synchronous radiation and chemotherapy combined with cetuximab on treatment of local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma and summarize nursing countermeasures. Methods 11 patients with local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected and treated with synchronous radiation and chemotherapy combined with cetuximab, and meanwhile they were conducted with enhanced basic nursing, pharmaceutical nursing, toxic and side reactions nursing as well as mental support. Results After treatment, effective rate was 100% in all the patients（CR in 6 patients and PR in 5 patients） ; all the patients had grade I -- ]I skin rash, including 3 cases of grade Ill oral mucositis and 3 cases of grade IN myelosuppression. Conclusion Application of cisplatin and IMRT combined with cetuximab shows a positive efficacy in treatment of patients with local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and careful and effective nursing can improve the therapeutic compliance of patients and ensure the successful completion of treatment.
