摘要
目的 :探讨大鼠脊髓损伤后应用大剂量甲基强的松龙对脊髓损伤区细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :将大鼠分为脊髓损伤后应用大剂量甲基强的松龙治疗组 (A组 )、单纯脊髓损伤组 (B组 ) ,损伤后 1、3、7、14、2 8天对脊髓损伤区进行细胞凋亡的检测 (TUNEL)以及Bcl 2蛋白免疫反应表达的测定 (免疫组化法 ) ,采用计算机图像分析技术进行定量分析。结果 :A、B两组中均发现凋亡细胞及BCL 2蛋白阳性表达 ,B组细胞凋亡率大于A组 ,A组Bcl 2蛋白阳性细胞计数大于B组。结论
