摘要
目的 :观察神经再生素对新生大鼠脊髓细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :将新生 SD大鼠一侧坐骨神经切断后 ,用无菌止血海绵包裹断离的神经近侧端 ,海绵内加入神经再生素 ,术后 3、6、1 2 h用 TUNEL法在光镜下检测 L4 -L5脊髓细胞凋亡情况 ,分别以神经生长因子和生理盐水作为阳性和阴性对照。结果 :新生大鼠在坐骨神经切断后脊髓细胞出现大量凋亡 ,神经再生素组凋亡细胞数量较生理盐水组显著减少 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;神经再生素组与神经生长因子组之间凋亡细胞数量的差别无显著性意义 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论
AIM The purpose is to observe the effect of Nerve Regeneration Factor(NRF) on apoptosis cells in the newborn rat spinal cord. METHODS The newborn rat′s sciatic nerve was cut. People used the sponge surrounding the end of the proximal segment. The sponge was added NRF in experimental group. At 3 h, 6 h, 12 h after operation,the L4-L5 spinal cord cells of the rats used terminal transferase and biotin-dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) staining and observing under light microscope. We used NGF and NS as positive control and negative control. RESULTS After the newborn rat′s sciatic nerve was cut, there are many apoptosis cells in the spinal cord. The number of apoptosis cells in the spinal cord in NRF is less than that in NS( P <0.01), but the number of apoptosis cells in NRF and NGF is not significantly different ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION The NRF can rescue the injuried spinal cord cells.
