摘要
我国职业教育实习政策发展经历了三个阶段(提出、规划和大力实施),已形成较为完备的体系。然而,在发展过程中也面临许多困境,如教学目标与实习效果脱节、学校学习与企业实习缺乏有效衔接、实习未实现多方合作、顶岗实习效果欠佳等。因此,应采取实施和完善职业资格证制度,设立专管机构加强校—企联系,吸引社会广泛参与,细化顶岗实习政策并建立刚性约束机制。
China's vocational internship policy has developed into a relatively complete system through three stages of move, plan and implementation. However, it meets such challenges as the cohesion of teaching targets and internship effects, the link of campus leaming and industrial internship, multi-lateral cooperation, and desirable post substitution. The author, thus, suggests that the vocational qualification certificate system be improved by establishing specialized management agencies to strengthen school-enterprise collaboration, attracting social participation, streamlining internship policies and establishing rigid constraint mechanism.
