摘要
课程建设是高等院校人才培养的核心,新专业的稳定发展是课程教学与市场需求相适应的结果。文章以药品服务与管理专业为例,从课程设置、课程内容、课程教学三方面优化专业课建设,提高高职院校的人才培养质量,旨在拓展学生的专业知识和综合技能,培养"一专业对多岗位"的药学技术技能型人才,同时为其他高职专业的课程建设提供参考。
Curriculum construction is the core of talent training in colleges and universities,and the steady development of new majors is the result of the adaptation of curriculum teaching to market demands.This article takes the pharmaceutical service and management major as an example,optimizing the construction of professional courses from the three aspects of course setting,course content and course teaching to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges,aiming to expand students’professional knowledge and comprehensive skills and cultivate"a major for multi-post"pharmaceutical technical talents,at the same time provide a reference for other higher vocational professional curriculum construction.
