摘要
按照"职业教育就是就业教育"的办学理念,高职教育必须与职业资格证制度相结合,这种结合的最佳方式就是实行"双证书"教育。实行"双证书"教育,不仅要科学调整培养目标,精心制订教学计划,而且要打造过硬的"双师型"教师队伍,提高职业资格认证工作质量。
In hne with the school-running concept that ＂Vocational education is the job-oriented education＂, higher vocational education must combine with job-oriented qualification certificate system. The best way of the combination is to implement ＂two-certificate＂ education. In order to improve the quality of job qualifi cation authentication, the implementation of ＂two-certificate＂ education needs not only scientific adjustment of the training aim and elaborative teaching plan, but also two certificates.
