我国幼儿教师专业发展存在的问题及其对策——基于教育政策法规的视角 被引量:2

摘要 幼儿教师是学前教育的主体,是幼儿园教学活动的主导。切实落实和推进幼儿教育事业的发展和幼儿的健康成长,归根到底需要幼儿教师的工作去实现。目前,我国幼儿教师专业发展落后,缺乏相关政策法规约束与保护。本文从学前教育政策法规视角出发,分析当前我国幼儿教师专业发展进程中存在的突出问题,并初步探析原因以提出切实可行的建议。 Preschool teachers are the main part of preschool edu- cation, as well as the leader of teaching activities in kindergarten. Only by the work of preschool teachers, can we promote the de- velopment of kindergarten edhcation and the healthy growth of children. So far, the preschool teachers' professional development fall behind those developed countries, with the reality of lacking restrictions and protection of relative policies and laws. This pa- per analyzes the critical problems of preschool teachers' profes- sional development in our country in perspective of educational policies and laws, figures the reason behind out, and presents some feasible proposals.
