摘要
目的 探讨家长培训在脑性瘫痪 (Cerebral Palsy,CP)康复中心的作用。方法 将确诊为脑性瘫痪 (CP)的儿童 90例随机分为观察组和对照组各 45例。均采用功能训练治疗,观察组加家长系统培训。结果 治疗观察 3~ 6个月,两组治疗前后整体运动功能测量 (Gross Motor Function Measure,GMFM)评估总分均较治疗前有显著差异
Objective To study the functional promotion action affected by the Patriarch Training School(PTS)on Cerebral Palsy.Methods Ninety children with CP were divided into two groups at random,each group had 45 patients,two groups received the treatment of the function training.The trial group was given extra PTS.Results From three to six momths later,there was difference of GMFM scores ,At the same time the trial groups was better than the control group(P
