摘要
学校文化功能是其他任何社会组织所不能比拟的。现代学校的一个重要功能就是将上一代的文化内容经过价值批判和取舍,去粗存精,去伪存真,传播给下一代。而作为高校要把培养适合企业需要的有用人才作为目标,把企业文化提早渗透到学校文化中,实现学生、企业、学校三者的共赢。旨在根据当前学校文化建设的核心内涵,继续把企业文化融入校园文化,同时,要借鉴企业文化中的精髓,尝试把企业管理中的方法、策略等融入学校文化,无论是从形式上还是从内容上使学校文化与企业文化实现交融对接,打破以往的只注重形式不融入实际的现象。
The culture function of schools is not supposed to be compared with those of any other social communities. And one of the most important functions of modem schools is to fulfill the task of spreading the culture of the last generation by value criticism to the next one, with the refinement and truth left. Colleges whose educational goals are to meet the enterprise need for personnel should integrate enterprise culture into campus culture so as to get the win-to-win situation among students, enterprises and colleges. Our design is to combine the enterprise culture with the campus culture both in contents and in forms and to introduce the methods and measures in enterprises to the construction of the campus culture.
