摘要
近年来随着生物技术行业的飞速发展和国家政策的扶持引导,知识成果日新月异,产业变革和结构调整加速。生物技术俨然成为一个新的经济增长点,由此产生了对生物类专业人才新的需求。通过对广东生物技术行业的发展需求和面临的问题以及毕业生就业前景等相关问题的调查,提出对生物技术人才培养问题的几点建议。
In recent years,with the rapid development of biotechnology industry and the support and guidance of national policy,knowledge has been changing rapidly,and industrial changes and structural adjustments have accelerated.Biotechnology has become a new economic growth point,resulting in a new demand for biological professionals.Through the investigation of the development needs and problems faced by the Guangdong biotechnology industry,as well as related issues such as the employment prospects of graduates,some suggestions for biotechnology talent training are put forward.
