摘要
在TN8000汽轮机振动分析软件的基础上,对某600MW汽轮机组轴系3瓦振动故障信号进行了测试分析。通过时域、频域以及统计分析的方法,对电负荷变化试验、快速减负荷停机试验、高负荷试验和机组升速过临界试验的结果进行分析发现,转子质量不平衡是引发这一故障的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。
On the basis of TN8000, the shaft vibrating signal was analysed about a 600MW steam turbine. The related tests including changing load test, decreasing load test and crossing critical speed test, they were operated. By analyzing the test result in time domain and frequency domain, and statistical method, we conclude that the source of vibration is mass unbalance of rotator, the measures were put forward to reduce the vibration caused by mass unbalance.
