摘要
介绍了某600MW亚临界机组汽轮机通流改造后顺序阀运行方式下轴系振动突升问题治理及系列顺序阀控制策略优化措施,实现机组全负荷阶段各轴承振动、温度参数均达到最优水平,对同类型机组轴系振动优化和顺序阀投运具有重要借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the treatment of sudden vibration rise of shafting and the optimization measures of Control Strategy of series sequence valve for a 600MW subcritical unit steam turbine,the vibration and temperature parameters of each bearing reach the optimal level in the full load stage of the unit,which is of great significance to the vibration optimization of the same type of unit shafting and the operation of sequential valves.
